Liverpool striker Mohamed Salah has been lauded by Wolverhampton Wanderers legend Alan Shearer for the assist that he gave to Andy Robertson during their game against Wolverhampton Wanderers.
On Saturday, Liverpool defeated Wolverhampton Wanderers 3-1 away from their stadium in a match that was played in the Premier League.
Mohamed Salah was responsible for both of these assists.
The first assist of the night went to Cody Gakpo for the goal that he scored at the 55 minute mark.
The second assist went to Andy Robertson for the goal that he scored with 85 minutes on the clock.
Mohamed Salah, a forward for Liverpool, received a lot of praise for his performance against Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The pass that Salah made to the Scotland international left-back was outstanding, and it was a wonderful assist by Mohamed Salah.
Shearer, a former striker for Newcastle United who now commentates for BBC Sport, was quite impressed.
On the program Match of the Day, which airs on BBC One, Shearer commented, “Look at this for a weight of pass.
“Robertson makes the initial pass, and then he continues with that one. That is an amazing pass, and you did a wonderful job finishing there.”
