Arsenal Manager Mikel Arteta believes Man United have signed a ‘huge talent’

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta believes Manchester United has acquired a “huge talent” in Rasmus Hojlund, who is scheduled to make his Premier League debut on Sunday at the Emirates Stadium. Hojlund cost Manchester United £64 million.

Away against their old adversaries from the capital, Manchester United’s arguably most transformative summer signing could not have returned from injury at a better time.

Rasmus Hojlund has not played for the Red Devils since his high-priced transfer from Atalanta. This could alter this weekend, however, with Ten Hag confirming that the Denmark international could even make his debut at the Emirates.

Thus, we had a successful training week. The final training session is scheduled for tomorrow, Ten Hag informs The Athletic. “(Hojlund) is in good health and will therefore be available. I believe he is prepared to begin.”

Rasmus Hojlund will make his debut with Manchester United
In 2022/23, Hojlund scored 20 goals in all competitions for Atalanta and Denmark. Marcus Rashford is likely to replace Anthony Martial against Arsenal, allowing him to create pandemonium by drifting in from the left, as he did last week against Nottingham Forest.

And Arteta could be excused for cursing his luck, with Hojlund recovering from a back injury earlier than anticipated, as Arsenal confront their toughest test of the season to date.

Former Manchester City assistant coach says of Hojlund, via Dom Smith, “He’s a tremendous talent.” He must demonstrate this in this division.

Reguilon could also make the Red Devils headdress
Sergio Reguilon may also make his debut for United against Arsenal. Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia are injured, necessitating the loan of the left-back from Tottenham Hotspur.

“He’s a very experienced player,” Ten Hag explains. “(Reguilon) has played for major clubs, has extensive La Liga and Premier League experience, and has a solid foundation. He can play football with great intensity. We’re excited (to secure him).

Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia’s injuries posed a problem for (United). We responded effectively to the emergency.”
