Fabrizio Romano concedes that Christian Pulisic and Callum Hudson-Odoi could be sold by Chelsea for the appropriate price.
Fabrizio Romano indicated that Chelsea would be willing to sell Christian Pulisic and Callum Hudson-Odoi during the summer transfer window if the appropriate offer were to be made.

The Blues are attempting to rid themselves of subpar players during the summer transfer window in order to trim their unwieldy roster. Christian Pulisic and Callum Hudson-Odoi could be among the players who depart next season, as Napoli has expressed interest in the former.

Hudson-Odoi, who is currently on loan at Bayern Leverkusen, will discuss his Chelsea future with Mauricio Pochettino. As a product of the club’s youth program, it remains to be seen whether his association with the club will endure.

And, according to Romano, Chelsea could profit from their acquisition, which would assist them in balancing their payroll expenses. In an exclusive interview with GIVEMESPORT, the transfer expert stated:

“I believe that the fate of players like Pulisic and Hudson-Odoi will hinge on the proposals. Chelsea will seek the best offers for these players before making a definitive determination. The same will occur with other participants.”

“I believe there will be a significant shift in the quantity of players at Chelsea. They realize they cannot continue with the present number of players, so I believe there will be a large number of departures this summer.”
There is an argument to be made that neither player has impressed the club for some time. Instead of letting them sit on the sideline, we should sell them and reinvest the proceeds into the team.

The decision to loan Hudson-Odoi to Leverkusen was a smart one; at the very least, he received game time, whereas Pulisic has played fewer minutes this season.

And, given that we already have enough left-sided players, we may reach an agreement with Leverkusen to dispatch Hudson-Odoi on a permanent basis, while we must obtain an ideal profit from the Pulisic trade with Napoli.

And with Christopher Nkunku arriving the following season, their playing time will be diminished, so it would make sense for both players to seek playing time with other organizations. Moreover, if Pochettino has intentions for them, they can compete for a position.
