Joe Cole has praised and even compared Arsenal star Bukayo Saka to Argentina legend Lionel Messi.

The number seven for the Gunners has had an outstanding start to the season. He opened his account with a stunning goal against Nottingham Forest, and since then, everyone, including Cole on TNT Sports, has been gushing about him.
Joe Cole claims that the left foot of Arsenal’s Bukayo Saka is nearly as excellent as Lionel Messi’s. Isn’t Arsenal’s Bukayo Saka one of the best right wingers in the Premier League?

The Englishman, who is still only 21 years old, has been sustaining us for several seasons, and he continues to improve with each passing day.

Saka’s end of the previous season and preseason were not particularly impressive. On the first day of the new season, he stepped up and scored a worldie.
Joe Cole was so impressed by Saka’s goal that he compared the Arsenal youth to Lionel Messi.

He stated, “I don’t believe there is anyone else in world football, with the possible exception of Messi, who has a left foot as good as his coming in from that position.” It is magnificent.

“You must also consider that the comparisons to Salah are a tremendous tribute to Saka. Salah is of the highest caliber, but at Saka’s age, Salah did not have the same corpus of work as Saka.

“We all wax lyrical about him here, but I still believe he is such a gem; we are so fortunate to have him, and so is this institution. Indeed, he is on par with the best athletes in the world at his position in the sport of football, owing to his extraordinary talent.
A left foot comparable to Messi’s? This is an extravagant compliment.

We do not believe that Saka has yet reached the level of Messi or Mo Salah – their statistics over the years place them in a league of their own.

However, the Arsenal player has the potential to reach that level within the next few years. Being as good as Messi may be a bit of a stretch, but we genuinely believe he can end up having a better career than the Liverpool superstar, both individually and collectively.

We cannot wait to see how many goals Saka will score this season.
