Liverpool given clear signal after Bayern Munich put essential midfielder up for sale

During this summer’s transfer window, Liverpool is trying to strengthen their midfield and may have been presented with the ideal alternative.

This summer, Liverpool are in the process of completely revamping their midfield, and Jurgen Klopp may have just been handed the most significant boost of the transfer window.

Even though Liverpool have already brought in Alexis Mac Allister and Dominik Szoboszlai, the club needs more options in the middle of the field because Naby Keita, James Milner, and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain have all left the club on free transfers, while Fabinho and Jordan Henderson appear to be going in the near future.

According to rumors, the Reds have been associated with a few different possibilities during this summer’s transfer window, but an exceptional midfielder from another continent has become available.

According to a report from the German publication Kicker, Bayern Munich would reportedly consider bids for Joshua Kimmich this summer in order to clear up sufficient finances to complete the transfer of Harry Kane.

The German champions have already had two proposals rejected by Tottenham this summer. In order to meet the requisite price, the German champions are willing to sell valued assets like as Kimmich. Tottenham has already rejected two bids.

Naturally, Jurgen Klopp has been a fan of the sitting midfielder for quite some time, but any potential deal appeared to be impossible. In point of fact, the 28-year-old has emerged as a pivotal part of Bayern’s team in recent years, and it is highly possible that he will be promoted to the position of club captain in the near future.

Despite this, Kimmich’s contract at the Allianz Arena only has two years still to go, thus Bayern is free to explore other opportunities for the midfielder.

Even though they have expressed interest in selling, Kimmich won’t be available for a low price. Transfermarkt places a value of £70 million on him, and there is no assurance that he will voluntarily part ways with the club where he has spent the last eight years of his professional career.

Other players of the squad have also been made available, and it is anticipated that several of them, including Leon Goretzka and Sadio Mane, will depart Bayern Munich this summer.
