Man United: Player could leave the club in the coming days.
Jadon Sancho has been linked with a move away from Manchester United, but a new report indicates that another player could still depart the club this summer.

Can players depart after the transfer window has closed?
It’s safe to say that things aren’t going too well at Old Trafford right now, with both on- and off-field issues putting the club in a negative light.
United have earned only six points through their first four Premier League matches of 2023/24, and were extremely fortunate to defeat Wolves in one of their two victories, as too many of their performances lacked substance and grit.
Mason Greenwood and Antony have been in the news for all the wrong reasons, while Sancho’s future continues to be a major topic of conversation off the field.
Erik ten Hag has made a number of significant additions to his squad this summer, but some players can still depart despite the closure of the British transfer window, as Turkey’s transfer window remains open until Friday and several other countries have even longer transfer windows.
Will Donny van de Beek depart Man Utd?
According to a recent report from Football Insider, Donny van de Beek “could quit” Manchester United within the next few days, potentially completing a move to Turkey before the club’s transfer window concludes.
“Manchester United would like to sell midfielder Donny van de Beek as transfer windows close around the globe, according to Football Insider sources. It is believed that the 26-year-old will have options in Turkey.
“Van de Beek was of interest to other clubs before the English transfer window closed, but he was unable to commit to a move away from Old Trafford by 1 September.
He had options in Europe, with a prospective move to Ligue 1 club Lorient falling through and Real Sociedad’s interest not materializing.”
Arriving from Ajax with a great reputation, Van de Beek has been one of the most disappointing signings of the Ten Hag era and potentially of the last decade or so at United.
In fairness, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp once referred to him as “really good” Despite making 60 appearances for the Red Devils, he only produced two goals and two assists in total.
For whatever reason, Van de Beek has not worked out at United, so if the club can get him off their wage bill before the Turkish transfer window closes, it would be in everyone’s best interest.
The Dutchman‘s current contract doesn’t expire until the summer of 2025, but that means that his value is gradually decreasing as the expiration date approaches, so selling him in the coming days should still result in United receiving the highest possible price for him.
The fact that Ten Hag appears to have given up on Van de Beek is telling, given that he managed him at Ajax and routinely played him, and his nightmare at Old Trafford must end.
