Man United vs Brighton: A race for Sassuolo midfield star
Davide Frattesi, an Italian international player who plays in the midfield position, has been connected with a transfer to Manchester United.

The Reds might have done well to make the move to get Frattesi, who operates primarily in the central midfield position on the field. The offseason before last saw Erik ten Hag strengthen the team’s midfield by bringing in new players like Casemiro and Christian Eriksen.

The fact that the Sassuolo player has scored seven goals in Serie A this season has given rise to rumors that he will be headed to Old Trafford next season.

It should come as no surprise that the Seagulls have been looking for a highly rated box-to-box midfielder with the intention of maybe replacing Alexis Mac Allister, who is anticipated to be released by the club in the summer.

That simply indicates that United will face competition for Frattesi, but the fact that we are on track to qualify for the Champions League ought to be enough to convince the player to join us instead of United. Not to mention the fact that our football club is far larger than the one in Brighton.
