“The boy should be in training with us daily” Toni Kroos gives a seal of acceptance to Real Madrid Star
Real Madrid have not had a successful academy graduate since Nacho Fernandez made it to the first team many years ago.

However, forward Alvaro Rodriguez hopes to make the transition this season, and German midfielder Toni Kroos believes another of his youthful teammates may not be far behind.
La Fabrica is one of the most successful academies in Europe, but it can be difficult for young players to break into the Real Madrid roster, which is understandable given the caliber of players ahead of them.
However, according to Marca, Toni Kroos has granted Nico Paz his stamp of approval.
Kroos reportedly told the 18-year-old, “This boy should train with us every day because he is fantastic.”
Paz, who plays for the Argentine under-20 team, is a central midfielder with an offensive bent who can also play on the wings.
The Madrid daily then recalls a previous remark made by manager Carlo Ancelotti that supports his talent.
“He possesses the ability to play for the first team. He has performed exceptionally well with both Arbeloa and Castilla when Raul has utilized him.
He is one of three inexperienced players vying for a spot on Real Madrid’s preseason tour of the United States this summer, and if he performs well, he may get one or two opportunities with the first team next year.
Even though it is early in his career, Kroos is not easy to impress. If Real Madrid desires for him to flourish at the Bernabeu, the challenge will be to provide him with opportunities in a crowded midfield.
